NEW YORK, USA // Cat Ouellette is a highly experienced marketing professional with a long-standing career in creating and managing digital content for organizations and individuals to build lasting relationships. She is the founder of COI Digital, a company that specializes in providing marketing strategies, social media management, publicity, product placement, and event planning services to a wide range of reputable brands.
With over two decades of experience in the marketing industry, Cat's career began as an intern at BMG Music in Montréal when she was only 16 years old. She later worked at Cornerstone Agency in New York. In 2004, she joined Sean “Diddy” Comb’s Bad Boy Entertainment in the Mixshow Radio department, and in 2011, Metta World Peace (aka Ron Artest) of the Lakers hired Cat as the Head of the Music Division at his AMG imprint in Los Angeles. In 2019, Cat was recruited by Electraleaf, a prominent cannabis brand, where she currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer.
Cat's achievements also include being granted a highly sought-after New York Conditional Adult Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) license, which is exclusively given to justice-involved entrepreneurs and their families who have been impacted by the War on Drugs.
