With experience at Fortune 500 companies including McDonald’s, Target, Molson Coors, and Wrigley; Rachel Boykins brings her understanding of driving successful big brands to the cannabis world. She has extensive knowledge in branding, go to market strategy and how to differentiate in a crowded market. Rachel started her cannabis career as Brand Director for a Chicago Multi-State Operator (PharmaCann), spearheading brand strategy and campaigns for their dispensaries and wholesale brands. She now follows her passion to help the little guys and supports cannabis start-ups and small businesses across the country. Rachel currently serves as the Brand Director for MXXN, a THC infused non-alcoholic spirit. Her responsibilities are to drive trial of the galaxy’s finest THC spirit through authentic branding, intriguing campaigns and out of this world activations.
Rachel is passionate about improving who has access to equity and the opportunity to build wealth in cannabis. She is working with Good Tree Capital to help bring fair access to banking in the cannabis industry, especially for those in the social equity space. Rachel is also a board member of The Cannabis Media Council, pushing for the normalization of cannabis across generations. With this organization, she is helping streamline policies for the industry, drive awareness and hopes to bring more diversity to the decision makers in cannabis.
